Quotes and scheduling
Quotes are based on the property details available at the time of review and may be confirmed or adjusted after an on-site assessment. Service times are scheduled with the customer and may change for weather or safety.
Customer access and safety
Customers should provide safe access to the agreed work areas and identify fragile items, pets, or property concerns before service begins. Our team may pause work if conditions are unsafe.
Our guarantee
Our 7-Day Rain Guarantee applies as described in your service communication: if rain affects recently cleaned windows within seven days, contact us and we will arrange a free re-clean where applicable.
